Translators translate from Japanese to English or Chinese to English.
No previous experience needed as long as you speak the language, if your English isn’t top-notch… Don’t worry, that’s what proofreaders are for!.
Pay attention to details. Missing translations and SFX slow editors down.
Translators are required to:
-Be fluent in the language they are translating
-Speak an understandable amount of English
Proofreader
To be a proofreader you need to have :
-Very good english.
-You need to observe grammar and spelling mistakes that the translator might have missed out on while concentrating on translating.
-You also need to inform us if you’ll find any missing translations.
-Be able to make a story sound like an actual conversation, not robotic. (Romanization)
*If you want to apply for this job please be dedicated and if it’s possible, fast. Editors can’t work on the translations if they are not proofread.
Editor
We are currently looking for experienced editors, though we are accepting applications of any kind. Even if you have no experience at all but know your way around photoshop/MX please apply.
-An editor doesn’t fix spelling and grammar mistakes, that’s the proofreader’s job. As an editor you’ll need to clean the raws and put the english text on them (typeset them).
As you see Editors do 2 jobs, Cleaning and Typesetting, you can apply for one of these jobs as you can apply for both at once.
Please be DEDICATED. Don’t apply if you don’t think you’ll have the time to do it.

Quality Checker
We are looking for Quality Checkers with editing experience. We need a very picky Quality Checker. Again, if you do not have experience but think you got the skills to match it. Please Apply.
Quality Checkers are required to:
-Correct Spelling or Grammar errors.
-Romanize the script a little.
-Check the text. [Smooth & Centered]
-Fix Leveling and poor cloning.
-Clean leftover dirt or gutters.
-Make sure the chapter is ready for release.
*Quality Checkers are part of the releasing process and have a great responsibility!
